Hello and welcome to Bin Buddies, we're glad you're here! We are a family owned and operated small business serving neighborhoods in and around Nacogdoches, TX. Our mission is to provide a trash-to-curb service that makes your life easier. Whether you have physical limitations or just don't like this stinky chore, we've got you covered. No more forgetting garbage day or struggling to get your can to the curb. Let us handle it for you!

What is included with my Bin Buddies subscription?

A Bin Buddies subscription consists of 2 weekly visits to your home. The first is prior to your scheduled trash pickup to bring your garage bin to the curb. The second is the same day to return your garbage bin to its original location.

What if I have more than one garbage bin?

Bin Buddies subscriptions start at $40/per month. This is the price to take 1 garbage bin to the curb and back every week for the whole month. If you have additional garbage bins or recycling you wish us to take to the curb, you may add on additional bins at a cost of $5 per bin per month.

How do I pay for my subscription?

As part of the sign up process you will be asked to store a credit card on file. Our secure payment processing system will charge your credit card on the day you sign up for service. After that, your subscription will renew on the same day of every subsequent month until you cancel the subscription.

Example: You sign up for the subscription on January 15th. Your card will be charged again on February 15th and again on the 15th of each following month until service is cancelled.

What if there is a holiday?

In the event of a holiday or other delay in trash pickup, we will follow the same schedule as the City of Nacogdoches.

What if I store my garbage bin in my garage?

As part of our online questionnaire, you will be asked to describe the location of your trash bin. If it is located inside a garage or behind a locked gate, you will be asked to provide the security code to access or unlock that space.

How do I know if my garbage bin is taken to the curb?

We will send you a text message notification as soon as your bin is at the curb, and again when it is back in its original location.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us a call. Cancelling is easy and stress free. If you have already been charged the subscription fee for the month, we will finish out your curbside trash service for the remainder of that month. We do not offer prorated refunds at this time.
